Our client on the outskirts of Guildford is looking for a PA to support the Managing Director. This is a small company with about 15 staff and you will be the type of person who is happy to get involved in all aspects of the business. You will be supporting the MD with business and personal matters to include:

The key duties of this role will be to:
  • Extensive diary management
  • To manage the inbox of the MD and filter all e-mails
  • To organise the day to day time management of the MD
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • To help with HR related matters
  • Processing expenses

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
  • Proven track record of successful support to a manager or busy team
  • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • Able to use initiative
  • Discretion, tact and confidentiality
  • Good literacy skills to prepare correspondence and reports and maintain records to a high standard
  • Good telephone manner in dealing with a range of callers
  • Excellent working knowledge of MAC and all Apple products
  • Being a car owner and driver is essential due to the location of the role.
