An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Account Manager to work within our Key Accounts Team providing excellent customer service to Blue Chip/Public Sector customers who demand the best. The role includes ensuring your customers are provided with accurate invoices and reporting on a monthly basis in line with contractual requirements. You will need to proactively own and manage the resolution of all queries through investigation and liaison with other internal departments and third parties.

As the focal point of contact for your customers enquiries, ensuring they receive the expected high level of Customer Service the ideal candidate will be numerate and literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Day to day experience of excel is required

Qualifications / experience required

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to communicate at all levels.

Experience in managing relationships

High level of accuracy / attention to detail

Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel
