About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join the team at Maria Mallaband Care Group's Head Office

Location: Westcourt, Gelderd Road, Leeds, LS12 6DB

40 hours pw, permanent contract

Salary - Competitve

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the successful candidate will process monthly payrolls and staff expenses in line with the company's policies and procedures. Duties will also include preparing and distributing employee pay slips and P60; maintenance of the sickness, holiday and pension schedules; and dealing with relevant day-to-day queries from care managers and admin staff.

About You

Our ideal Payroll Administrator will have the following skills and values:
  • Prior experience of working in a Payroll environment is desirable
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High levels of accuracy, with sound attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word
