My Client is looking for a data entry administrator to join their small, friendly team.

The role will be for 16 hours a week and they are flexible when these hours are worked.

The job will involve providing clerical and administrative support to the team and will require someone with good data entry and communication skills along with a flexible approach to assisting in the efficient and smooth day to day operation of the office.

Key responsibilities:
  • Data entry and maintenance of the database
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, manipulating statistical data and formulating spreadsheets and presentations
  • Updating and maintaining a filing system
  • Maintaining contact lists
  • Providing admin and office support
  • Assisting with overflow work from other team members
  • Liaising with administrative assistants in other parts of the business

Key requirements:
  • Strong computer and internet research skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
  • Experience of maintaining a database and analysing data
  • Ability to work well with people at all levels
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise work and work methodically
  • Own transport is essential
