Our client is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their busy logistics company.

You will be part of their administration team with the additional responsibility for the sales analysis reporting and assisting their Director. This provides an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build on their current experience as there is also the potential for the position to develop into a key role as an office Manager after a 6 month period.

The Role:
  • Responsibility for the sales, factory and service administration processes
  • Quotes/ Tenders/ Quality/ suppliers/ freight
  • Provide Customer Service Support including handling complaints
  • Provide Administration/Support to the Director, field Sales Executives and Service technicians
  • Create and provide detailed sales analysis data and reports which will involve the ability to work to tight monthly deadlines.

Key skills:
  • Ability to speak/ communicate in French (preferred but not essential)
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work on their own initiative & learn quickly
  • Self-motivated
  • Organised and focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional positive approach
  • Valid UK Pssport

The Benefits:
  • This is a permanent position
  • Hours 8:00 - 4:30 Monday to Thursday. 8:00 to 3:00 on Friday
