Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with day to day administrative support
  • Processing all applications
  • Providing excellent customer service;
  • Making and receiving telephone calls;
  • Liaising with internal departments;
  • Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date at all times;
  • Data entry to various spreadsheets;
  • Distributing and tracking incoming and outgoing post;
  • Handling a wide range of queries
  • Boarding customers on to new funding platforms
  • General office administration duties
  • Ad-hoc tasks
