This new position in Frodsham is available for an Office Reception Administrator to support a large business with their front of house and administrative teams, this role will be a junior position to support daily running of a lively office.

Client Details

This business are a growing company who has secured modern offices in the Frodsham / Helsby area. Based in this head office you will work closely with Finance, HR, IT and the company Directors so the opportunity to learn will be available.


Key remit of this Office Reception Administrator position will start with the following and progress into more advanced duties;

*Reception - this role is based on the reception desk and this will be the main duty daily - Greeting all visitors, managing diary's for meeting and conference rooms, managing the mainline telephones

*Administration - Supporting all functions with their daily admin tasks this will include managing in boxes, responding to queries, liaising with costumers and updating records, photocopying, scanning and stock control

*PA style duties for the Directors - this will include using pool cars to run various errands so a full driving licence will be required

This position will be a varied role and will require a flexible attitude towards work


The successful candidate for this role will have exposure in an administrative role recently, experience working with Microsoft packages and switchboard telephones will also be required.

This role will require someone with a suitable personality to work on reception and providing a welcoming impression to all visitors both in person and over the phone.
