Our client is seeking a SME New Business Sales Executive to join their team in Rochdale.

Main Purpose of role:

To manage inbound leads and ensure targets are achieved and exceeded on New
Business. SME risks, from Package and stand-alone liability through to Commercial Combined risks. (Premium levels range from £250 up to approx. £5,000).

Duties Include:
· Management of personal sales targets
· Generating new business by managing the flow of new business leads generated ensuring these are actioned swiftly and efficiently to maximise new business potential
· Control the marketing of the risks into the insurers ensuring all avenues are explored to obtain the best possible quotation for the prospective client using Portal quotation systems and direct presentations to insurers
· Produce full Management Information on new business (to cover enquiry numbers, quoted numbers, converted etc) and provide regular updates to the reporting line
· Ensure cases are marketed and quotations relayed back for sale to client and ultimately secured
· Identify new markets and liaise with current markets to ensure SLA's are adhered to and explore new avenues for business


·Ideally sales experience with a commercial Insurance Self-motivated
· Good time management skills
· Relationship building
· Confident both on the telephone and face to face
· Ability to "close" from a sales perspective
· Smart and presentable
