Your new company
Are leaders in the waste industry, providing customers with expert advice and solutions to minimise and recycle hazardous materials across the globe. Operating on an international scale, they now have over 20 sites in the UK alone, and are looking for a Technical Sales Administrator to join their Liverpool team.

Your new role
As Technical Sales Administrator it will be your duty to manage all orders from receipt of enquiry, through to quotations, onward routing, invoicing and procedural control. It will be your responsibility to ensure quotes, orders and audits are carried out in accordance to legislation, company policy and all permits. You will liaise with laboratories, customers and couriers to ensure samples are analysed, processed and delivered within strict SLA's. Additional duties include working with third parties to establish appropriate disposal routes, create and deliver technical reports within strict KPI's, and maintain documentation at an exceptional level.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong experience working as a technical or sales administrator, have an in-depth understanding of processing sales orders, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and be able to follow procedures and targets. A minimum of a HNC in Chemistry and experience in a similar industry will ensure you can hit the ground running. To succeed you'll be proficient in all Microsoft packages and be comfortable using IT software's, SAP knowledge is desirable. The ideal candidate will have a professional, proactive and positive approach to their workload; being committed, flexible and goal driven.

What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work you'll receive a salary of £21,000-23,000 (D.O.E), 23 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays. Each recruit will receive full training and development opportunities after a successful induction; along with PDR and business performance related bonus up to a max of 5%.
