Automotive, Motor Trade Job: Contact Centre Executive Required in Northampton

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to join their team.

As a Contact Centre Executive and you will be responsible for answering incoming calls into the dealership. This will include: maintaining an awareness of the relevant consumer and local market influences, maintaining sufficient knowledge of all products and services and be able to answer incoming calls promptly and efficiently. Booking events, booking cars in for service, booking cars in for test drives.

Previous experience is not required, although a passion for maintaining high standards is.
Further to this, you need to have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the business; have excellent attention to detail; be competent in the use of Microsoft Office; work on your own initiative; and be able to meet deadlines.

Monday - Friday 3 week rota
7.30am to 4.30pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm / 10.00am to 7.00pm
Saturday 1 in 3 - 9.00am to 1.00pm
Salary £19,000 + bonus
