Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)

Summary of Position:

Our client who provide a multiple of solutions to the care market, based in Kings Lynn are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. The Sales Executive will be required to initiate contact with potential prospects within the market and secure initial appointments to attain new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify key stakeholders and influencers in the market within the assigned region.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the market to gain a deeper understanding of the infection needs within their organisations.
  • Maintain a live conversation and network with key stakeholders and prospects within the region.
  • Prepare and present solutions and quotations to meet the infection needs of the customer.
  • Collaborate with technical experts within the company to build solutions that meet the customer's needs.
  • To support in the delivery of effective sales campaigns and ensure follow up actions are completed.
  • Gain confidence and commitment from key stakeholders, overseeing the implementation of solutions planned, and ensuring delivery as agreed to meet the desired clinical outcome.
  • Populate the sales opportunity pipeline ensuring it is up to date, maintained and accurate.
  • Follow through sales opportunities in the pipeline to sale agreed and delivered.

Measures of Success:
  • To have built strong rapport and business relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the market.
  • To have increased invoiced sales and gross profit by 'hospital bed' and product category in the region.
  • To have increased contracted sales and gross profit by 'hospital bed' and product category in the region.
  • To have grown and maintained the pipeline of sales and gross profit by 'hospital bed' and product category.

  • Track record in building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Track record in personal task and time management with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • A methodical working ethic and ability to work closely with other teams to achieve a desired outcome.
  • A passionate interest in healthcare infrastructure and hospitals.
  • A passion in the products and services offered and a determination in your approach to gain new business.
  • A confident approach and ability to discuss sensitive issues.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in recording and maintaining a live customer database via a CRM platform.
