Page Personnel are working closely with a Manchester-based client who are seeking an Office Manager to join and support their office within a newly created role. It is essential that candidates have previous working knowledge within a similar role and are able to hit the ground running. The role is based in Manchester.

Client Details

Our client are a well-established Accountancy Practice that work with SME's and assist with all aspects of accounts within business. They are seeking an Office Manager to assist with the smooth running of day to day tasks and implementation of processes in the office. Our client are based in Manchester.


The key responsibilities for the Office Manager role are responsible for greeting visitors and handling incoming calls, help develop and implement policies and processes, management of the office including maintenance and consumables, assisting with recruitment processes, arranging repairs to office equipment, annual servicing, scheduling management meetings, taking minutes, assisting with administrative processes, assisting with marketing and the updating of websites, organising travel and accommodation when necessary.


The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous working knowledge within a similar role
  • Working knowledge within professional services (desirable but not essential)
  • Computer literacy on all Microsoft packages and in-house systems
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and work under pressure and to tight deadlines
