Vacancy: National Litigation Unit - Unit Litigation Manager

Office: National Litigation Unit - Stoke

Salary: £68,800 to £78,008 (plus £5,500 Car Allowance)

The opportunity

You will be an experienced senior litigation solicitor but just as importantly you will be inspired by the opportunity to bring out the best in others, enabling them to flourish professionally and personally.

The role

The role involves utilising your experience in litigating cases from start to finish to lead the teams in successfully managing their own clients. A key responsibility will be performance management of our fee earners to ensure they deliver excellent client care and meet KPIs on service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have sound experience in EL/PL litigation, performance management of a large team including conducting case supervision, client care, and marketing and will have worked as part of a management team in a legal practice.

The role requires established skills in coordinating team resources, training and communication of best practice for case handling, to help optimise both efficiency and cost. In addition the role will lead on operational activities and will act for the National Litigation Unit Manager as required.
