Salary: £18,736 - £22,899 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 39 per week 
Location: Salford

About the role: 

We are looking for a positive, flexible and reliable Clean and Clear Operative to join our customer focused repairs team. 

You will be responsible for delivery of an efficient in-house void cleaning and clearance service. 

This service is an integral part of the overall void service, within timescales set to meet customer expectations and needs. 

As this service is demand led we require the successful candidate to have an open and flexible attitude towards duties and hours of work, working with the peaks and troughs in void properties, in order to maintain the smooth running of the void management process. 

About You: 

You will have previous experience of working in a customer focused environment with a strong understanding and commitment to excellence in customer care and the delivery of quality services and equal opportunities. You'll have knowledge of and the ability to observe Health & Safety and COSHH regulations accompanied with knowledge of clearing and cleaning properties. 

You will have experience and knowledge of the use of and operation of cleaning equipment and the ability to lift and operate cleaning equipment, furniture and machinery. You must hold a full clean driving licence. 

You may hold a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) Qualification, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Qualification or Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Qualification. You may also have experience of working with a social housing provider in a similar role. 

You may have experience of the following: Cleaning, Cleaner, Cleaning Operative, Equipment Cleaner, Equipment Cleaning, etc
