Job Title - Software Sales Executive

Location: Uxbridge

Base salary: £30,000 (OTE £55k) commission is uncapped

Benefits: Pension, up to 28 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, town centre parking pass,

Contract: Permanent, 37.5hrs per week

Our client based in Uxbridge

This client is a fast-growing compliance software SaaS company (Software as a service)

maintaining a market leading position in the UK Care sector. Their software provides access

to the most comprehensive set of customised Care sector policies, procedures and mock

inspection tool-kits in a software offering. They strive to build a trusted and respected brand

based on the quality of content and commitment to help support Care providers to

deliver outstanding care and achieve the vision of building a caring world.

They have an immediate need for an inside sales professional.

This is an inside sales role for experienced telephone sales executive.

The Sales department is a high volume, fast paced, highly productive telephone sales

environment. The team is multi-skilled, capable of delivery across sales functions; inbound,

outbound and account management. Each team member manages their desk with a high

degree of autonomy, taking ownership of their sales pipeline and managing leads in line with

company processes. Product and sector knowledge is critical to the success of the Sales

Department. Individuals are encouraged to take advantage of all learning opportunities and

strive to achieve the objectives they agree in their reviews.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills demonstrating the ability to

communicate confidently at all levels and overcome sales obstacles effectively.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven with a proven record in sales in telephone based B2B and both inbound and outbound sales experience including web leads.
  • Proven sales ability with a proactive approach and experience in hitting and exceeding

KPI's and achieve sales targets.
  • Experienced user of CRM systems, Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
  • Develop positive business and customer relationships.
  • Excellent prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Supportive and collaborative working style.
  • Excellent listening/customer qualification skills to accurately identify customer needs
