Client Details

Our client are one of Europe's leading web content delivery and Internet infrastructure providers, powering some of the world's busiest websites. They operate the state-of-the-art GlobalAXS Communications 10G network spanning all across the globe. Based in London, with a new investment in the backing they are expanding their London team with various roles across the business up for grabs.


Key responsibilities for the Key Account Manager include:
  • To exceed sales and retention targets for a specified group of accounts.
  • To understand the role of technology in helping customers meet their business objectives.
  • Set-up, deliver and be accountable for key accounts through calls and 'virtual meetings' that deliver value to the client (ensure they attend and benefit from the time)
  • Identify and develop high potential accounts and create targeted time-framed Account Development Plans that are shared with the customers.
  • Upselling/cross selling IT service offering


The successful Key Account Manager will have the following:
  • A proven track record of account management and achieving targets.
  • You will have a background in managing enterprise level accounts
  • Background in either IT, Teleco, infrastructure or Cloud Hosting. Can be flexible with a SaaS background.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • University Degree

Job Offer

The successful Key Account Manager will receive a competitive package of A £42,000-£47,000 with Double OTE on the table paid out quarterly.
