What it's about
We have a brand new role opening for a Management Information Analyst to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone to design the way management information is stored and used within the department and wider business. This is a great opportunity to utilise your excellent creative skills and demonstrate your ability to a wide audience of business users.

As a Management Information Analyst you will need SQL programming skills as well as proven ability to create and maintain databases, and will work with cutting edge technology to deliver solutions.

What you'll be doing
• Designing and Implementing the Supply Chain Data Market.
• Working closely with the Assistant Director, Supply Chain to develop, deliver and maintain data storage and user access provision to allow true 'self-service', automated performance capability measurement for Group Print and Operations (GPAO).
• Define, develop and aid the implementation of tools to support key process improvement initiatives.
• Develop an expert understanding of Business scheduling processes. Using this knowledge, design, spec and implement improvement solutions.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to support the re-engineering of key Supply Chain processes.

What we're looking for
Qualifications
• Relevant degree (eg. Computer Science, Database Management, Data Science)
• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, techniques and management tools (MRP, Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management) advantageous.

Skills
• Solid working knowledge of SQL & Database creation and maintenance (Essential)
• Experience of SSRS and SSAS advantageous
• Front-end user display tool (Power BI, SAS, Business Objects) experience advantageous

Experience
• In-depth understanding of database management frameworks and operational reporting capability
• Experience in working between Supply Chain, Business Units and IT departments to identify the most appropriate solutions given the Business objectives, priorities and other dependencies advantageous
