Project Coordinator (Groupwork)

Position: Groupwork Coordinator 
Location: HMP Berwyn, Wrexham 
Job type: Full time, Fixed Term Contract until 31 October 2019 with the possibility of becoming permanent 
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 
Salary: £24,000 gross per annum

About the role: 

As the Groupwork Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the delivery of Pact Interventions and in ensuring that wider delivery is conducted in line with Pact’s quality standards. The role will assist in keeping group work materials and evaluation data up to date and in developing new content, learning materials and assisting with wider Interventions project work under guidance. 

About you: 

You will hold an adult training qualification (Level 3 in Adult Education and Training, previously known as PTTLS), PGCE or equivalent. You will have experience of delivering training or groupwork interventions to young people and adults, and ideally have experience of working in prison in return you will receive a full induction programme including train the trainer for the various groupwork courses you will be delivering. You will have some demonstrable experience in managing staff and have excellent organisational skills.
