15ten15 are recruiting on behalf of a Manchester based consultancy business. They are looking for a part time Book Keeper as they look to further develop and build their administrative team.

Main responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable reconciliation processes including credit control
Raise and submit client invoices/manage invoice schedules
Processing employee expenses
Processing statutory sickness absence, maternity and paternity payments
Diary management support and admin
Manage receipt and processing of PL invoices
Bank Payment/Receipts
Sales and Purchase invoicing
Debtor/Creditor Management

Ideal candidate

Book Keeping Experience
Understanding of Sage
Excel skills
Organisational and communication skills
Accuracy and an eye for detail.
Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
