Business Development Manager- Bingham, Nottinghamshire Salary £25,000- £30,000 + Bonus Scheme + Company Car allowance

SF Recruitment is looking recruit for a Business Development Manager - The company are looking for a sales person who is a highly driven and motivated individual with experience of developing, implementing and maintaining a sales strategy to drive growth.

The role of the Business Development Manager is to identify new sales leads, pitch new products and/or services and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
A business development executive is a senior manager tasked with the job of helping his or her business area grow and are a high-level sales.

At least 5 years' experience in a similar B2B KPI driven corporate/B2B sales role in the business banking sector and a high level of FX and market knowledge.

This opportunity would be ideal for someone who is keen to make a difference and aid in a new and unique company's development.

Sales and marketing experience is a must to be successful for this role!

Responsibilities include:
- The development of a sales strategy
- Developing a strong sales pipeline
- Account development and management
- Driving continuous improvement
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Service/solution proposals development
- Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Make a high-volume of outbound cold-calls to key decision makers from small and medium through to blue chip businesses using a consultative approach
- Qualify leads, set new appointments and meet key decision makers that would benefit from using the company products and solutions
- Manage and develop leads into new clients, securing sustainable, profitable business relationships
- Expand your network through developing new relationships to build your sales pipeline
- Record all activity and information on the company CRM system, and maintain regular contact with clients, updating them on market movements and how the company can save them time and money
- Cross-sell products and services where required and maximise all business development opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual KPI's and targets (new business, call activity, pipeline, appointments set and sat)
- Managing, retaining and growing the company portfolio relationships
- Working closely and cohesively with the rest of the sales team and wider business
- Accurately quote, confirm and execute Spot and Forward FX transactions whilst recognising and adhering to time critical dealing procedures
- Set and manage client margins effectively
- Establish, analyse and utilise client activity and trading patterns via a frequency report/pipeline of Clients and proactively contact Clients to drive trades
- Recognise and understand market influences and discuss these movements with customers at a proficient level whilst capitalising on sales and cross-selling opportunities

- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

You will be expected to prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales marketing material , contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products and Develop sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.

Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 8:30am to 5.00pm with one hour for lunch per day.
