Purpose of Role

To provide a consistently high standard of administrative support to the team. Contribute to the achievement of all key objectives.

  • To prioritise and monitor incoming post, emails, phone calls etc, and take responsibility for dealing with issues
  • Diarising, chasing and obtaining initial information required for Letters of Authority in accordance with the advised process
  • To create, monitor and maintain practice workflow system
  • Own the end to end process of all Fund Switches through to confirmation and CRM update ('Client Contact on iBusiness)
  • Review and manage Client Review System
  • Process all online applications using an external IT system & accurately record any ID/Passwords
  • Process new business applications as required
  • Assist with marketing communications
  • Ordering of stationery and literature
  • Maintain accurate records of archiving and filing
  • To apply high level organisational skills in prioritising and co-ordinating work load activities.
  • Relief reception duties; provide a professional and consistent welcome to all visitors and callers in line with standards
  • Relief postal duties -All inbound post to be scanned & distributed upon receipt and actioned accordingly. Outbound post to be prepared in time for the daily collections & accurately recorded
