Our client, a leading handler of road traffic accident services, based in Oldham are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team.

The Role:
  • Liaising with panel law firms to obtain regular updates
  • Liaising with third party insurers in relation to liability status
  • Point of contact with customers to obtain signed hire agreements
  • Dealing with incoming phone calls/point of contact for any potential new business
  • Dealing with and distribution of incoming post
  • General office administration duties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
