We are a London based startup in the knowledge exchange technology market.

At CiQ, we believe a more informed world is a better world. We help subject matter experts and business leaders to find and work with each other for the purposes of knowledge exchange. We do this at scale using cutting edge technology and machine learning delivered through an online platform.

CiQ was founded in late 2018 by two professionals in their 30s. As a team we have a customer first mind-set, and have therefore split our team in three parts: growth, client experience and consultant experience. All our teams are made up of people who love efficiency and using technology to build great experiences, leverage network effects and deliver savings.

We have some pretty awesome clients, including many of the well known consulting firms, global corporates and a number of private equity funds. We have recently secured a sizable funding round from a London VC and are looking to significantly grow our team.

We are looking for people with an entrepreneurial drive to join our team and startup.


Whilst we have built up the client experience and consultant experience teams from the beginning, our growth team is in the early days of being assembled. We currently have relationships with around 20 clients across our 3 client verticals (consulting, private equity & corporate). Over the course of the next few years we are looking to expand relationship to 100+ accounts and the growth team are the driving force in helping us get there.

We want people in our growth team to think differently to traditional sales people. At CiQ, we believe in maximising productivity and we eternally seek efficiency gains. As a result, we need people who seek to build and improve on our processes, to make a truly scalable (and predictable) growth function.

We are looking for a small number of adaptable individuals who can evolve with our business over time. This role is incredibly varied, and likely to change as we develop as a company.
