About Ladle:

• Ladle is a weight management app for overweight and obese patients
• Ladle uses the power of psychology to give patients the tools they need to stick to a weight loss plan
• Ladle is free for patients, and prescribed by GPs
• Ladle is commissioned in Nottingham, and we now want to expand to other areas
• Ladle is clinically proven

Key responsibilities:

• Selling Ladle to Local Authorities (LAs) in the UK
• Investigating other potential sales avenues (e.g. selling to private health companies, selling via service integrators)

KPIs and progress tracking:

• The key sales target is to close 1 new deal with an LA each month
• You will also need to closely track all reach-outs, conversations etc.
• We will review progress on a weekly basis


• £30,000 per annum base
• Very attractive commission package - If you meet sales target of 1 new deal closed per month then you would earn £100,000 in the year
• We will employ you as contractor (rather than an employee) an renew the contract each month on the basis of good results

Ways of Working:

• Remote working fine
• We will review progress and KPIs each week

What are we looking for:

• Ideally strong sales experience and/or experience in the Health sector
• Very good communication skills
• High motivation
