You are a successful telesales or telemarketing professional who's looking for your next role with an ethical, honest and successful company in a lucrative, dynamic world. Our client specialises in the design and build of office interiors. A relatively new name to the market, they have the backing of a long-established and experienced parent company so they're combining all the best elements of a successful track record and a new, innovative approach to their market sector. Based in the City of London, their small, growing team has a family-feel and everyone has to be willing to muck in to help out.


Your role will involve making outbound calls to companies in London to ascertain whether they are moving office or refurbishing their current office in the next 12-18 months. If they are, then you need to book meetings with your professional teams (architects, surveyors, designers etc) to explore the project in more detail. Your calls will be a combination of 'intelligence calls' (uncovering market information) and 'strike calls' (speaking to decision-makers to book meetings). If you're able to make calls to discover well-qualified data and then, on the back of that data, book a few good meetings a week, you'll enjoy an excellent income and further our clients' aims to become one of the best players in the market.


The Sales Talent Matrix: Does this sound like you?

Knowledge: Ideally, you will have some experience (2-3 years) of telemarketing or telesales within the commercial property market (fit out, agency, serviced offices) but those new to property with an excellent track record of booking appointments in other similar markets are also welcome to apply.

Attitude: Driven to succeed, you are hard-working and tenacious. In addition, you're good to have around the office, getting on well with people every day not just when it suits you. You must be honest and ethical.

Skills: Excellent, proven telesales or telemarketing skills; good organisational skills to track conversations and follow-up calls; excellent spoken and written English; you will have the speed of thought to respond to unexpected turns in client calls.

Habits: Happy to make high volume of calls daily; focused on success; well-organised; very hard-working.
