HM Land Registry has an exciting opportunity for a Tester to join the team based in Plymouth. You will join us on a full time or part time, permanent basis and you will receive a highly competitive salary of £25,247 per annum (plus IT allowance of up to £4,609 may be payable).

We are now looking for Testers to join our Digital, Data and Technology team to help us to achieve this.

About the Tester role:

As a Tester you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of test data, test scripts and test environments ensuring they are used appropriately throughout the complete software development lifecycle. You will work with the team to ensure that testing is carried out and that quality issues are sufficiently considered during the development process.

What we’re looking for in our Tester:

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in a related discipline; and/or some industry experience in testing. In addition, you will also have knowledge and understanding of basic coding. As a Tester you have the ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements or user stories into documented and approved test plans and test cases. You will be a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with project team members and business representatives.
