  • About this Returners Programme

    The programme will provide a paid placement for 6 months, starting in October 2019. You will join one of our business units where your skills and experience will be highly valued and utilised, giving you the opportunity to work on high profile projects.

    Mott MacDonald will support you through this transitional period, with coaching from Women Returners, internal mentoring and a comprehensive induction process. The Re:Connectors programme aims to offer returners a permanent position at the end, although this is not guaranteed. A variety of flexible working patterns may be available depending on the role.
