All 3 roles will require the individual to attend our office in Colchester once a month 9.30am-3.30pm for coaching, training and performance review.

We offer a competitive basic salary which will be pro-rata for the hours worked. Basic salary ranges between £16,500 and £21,000 per annum along with uncapped commission based on your sales opportunities referred.

Please note this role requires the homeworking element to have your total focus and not be divided with any other influencing factors. The first week will include an induction which will be at our offices in Colchester. Our successful candidates will need to live within a commutable distance to our offices. We suggest that should be within 15 miles of CO3 3LD. We will provide all necessary PC and telephony equipment to carry out this role.

What you will be responsible for

The purpose of these roles is to support our branch network by handling inbound enquiries from new and existing customers. This role includes discussing the features and benefits of our property valuations, arranging viewings, data entry on a variety of systems and also discussing any additional services. This role also includes assisting our branches with capture of data and online chat services ensuring you are following company policies and procedures at all times.

The Nexus team is our strategic centre of excellence connecting our clients with our branches. Our team ensure that no contact goes unanswered; they are there for our clients when they need us and seamlessly integrate their knowledge and service expertise with that of our high street branches.

What you need

The role demands a highly self-motivated, ambitious, target-driven individual who is also self-managed, flexible and has an excellent telephone manner. You will be resilient with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with good organisational and time management skills. You will also be computer literate with excellent keyboard skills.
