Main Responsibilities
  • Hold tailored demonstrations with prospective customers. This is usually using online video conferencing software, however occasional on-site demonstrations may be required.
  • Engage with new customers through various channels including live chat, email and telephone.
  • Follow up with potential leads and trial customers.
  • Guide customers in their use of the product as well as expense management and accounting best practice of expenses.
  • Help trial customers with basic account set up and answer account queries.
  • Convey customer requirements to the Implementation team for a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate feature requests clearly and concisely to the Product Manager and Development team.
  • Manage customer requirements, both product and contractual, throughout the sales process.
  • Produce quotes, proposals and project plans.


  • Well organised.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An ability to understand customer's needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the technology or finance industry.
  • Suitable home-working environment.

  • An understanding of expense management or accounting.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience working remotely.


As a remote working company, you will be required to work from home and should have a suitable working environment for customer calls and team Skype meetings. There may be several on-site meetings a year for customer demonstrations and team meetings. Access to your own vehicle for this purpose would be highly desirable.
