Job Title: Customer Sales Executive

Salary: £20k-£25k additional KPI based bonus

Location: Glasgow - Edinburgh

Full time, Monday-Friday 9:00-17:30 (you may be asked to work outside of office hours on occasion)

Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Sales Executive based in the Uber GreenLight Hubs (GLH) and key driver hot spots in or around the Glasgow/Edinburgh area and you will be required totravel to these locations.

Our client is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Customer Sales Executive to help build their business activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Building the business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with driver communities, and assisting remotely with Driver Support enquiries.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through demonstration of our app and presentation at the Uber GLH.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Handel complaints and objections both on and off the phone
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
  • Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager
  • Progressing towards activity targets and KPIs set by the sales manager
  • Following up with past customers and cross selling products
  • Providing assistance to other members of the sales team
  • Investigating and resolving queries from customers

Job Duties:
  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support and information
  • Reporting a summary of insight to management, on a weekly basis
  • Maintaining and representing the companys quality of service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
  • establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in community societies

Requirements:
  • 1+ years, in Insurance, Rideshare, or related industries (training will be provided)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English, multi linguist an advantage
  • Fast learner and a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive very short presentations
  • Must be flexible, with the ability to work remotely and willingness to travel
  • Presentation/Demo skills
  • Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Full driving licence (desired)
