Uncapped commission with Realistic OTE: £46k-£60k year 1, £50k-£70k year 2, £100k plus year 3k and continually building thereafter!

Every day is different and you get to build a knowledge of how businesses from all sectors work!

Previous sales experience not essential, as we will provide ongoing training for the people with the right ATTITUDE!

  • We are a franchised operation and quite often, successful sales people end up owning franchises, once they have proved to us and themselves that this industry is WOW! Our franchisees can build incomes in excess of £300k pa!

    We provide a modern office facility in central Bournemouth to be based from, and you can work from home for the greater part of the week, if that suits.

    A Business Development Manager is field based, communicating at director/ owner level with independent businesses.
    • We currently have 1 person working in the Dorset /Hampshire area and require another two individuals to complement the existing team
    • We have similar positions throughout the UK, so if you are outside this area, or have people you know who are, then feel free to contact us. However, please identify this upfront, so we can put you in touch with the right person
    • We have a need for people from all types of backgrounds ages and experiences

    Main duties include:
    • Building and maintaining a "bank" of 100 suitable business owner contacts and recording the information in our CRM system. This is achieved by attending networking events/ exhibitions and 8 other proven prospecting methods
    • Scheduling and maintaining 3-5 appointments per day
    • Presenting the facility to 3-5 business owners per day and enrolling new clients

    Essential Skills
    • You will ideally have some field or direct sales experience that we can build upon with our training systems
    • You will need to be a car owner with a license
    • Have a 'CAN DO ATTITUDE'
    • Be a positive outgoing person, who is a good communicator, who treats the opportunity as if it was your own business
    • Not frightened by prospecting (there will be some company generated leads, however, it is expected that you take control over your own destiny)
    • A right to work permanently in the UK, on a FULL-TIME basis
    • References will be sought prior to appointment
    • Excellent English (another language is an advantage)
