Location: Uxbridge - Remote working available

Salary: £28,000 per annum + excellent benefits inc 29 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Our client is one of the UK's leading producers of Compliance systems within the Care Sector. They are a company that offers compliance management systems which include procedures and policies. Their aim to is to allow the care sector to give the highest level of attention to its clients/ patients, while significantly reducing the paperwork, to allow staff to perform their main duties more efficiently.

They are looking for a highly experienced, and proactive Policy Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis, and support the Policy Team. This is a demanding role and will require a person with all the relevant experience, knowledge, and qualifications. You must be able to produce detailed, high quality work based on set standards/ procedures, as well as handle your workload in a methodical manner. You will have superb spelling and grammar, administrative, analytical, and computer skills. You must be able to manage your own time well and support the team/ Policy Ops Manager when needed.

The Role: Policy Administrator
  • Checking spelling, grammar, punctuation, and format on any documents submitted by the team then releasing finalized/ approved documents
  • Supporting the Policy Operations Manager - responding to Salesforce quires, training new staff and contributors etc
  • Keeping on top of policy review dates and acting on overdue reviews
  • Contributing to weekly reports and attending monthly briefings - proof reading and publishing briefing documents
  • Meeting priorities in 90 days

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in Policy Administration
  • Top Administration Skills
  • Proof reading - Spelling, grammar, punctuation etc
  • Strong attention to detail/ accuracy
  • Self-motivated and confident
  • Ability to methodically prioritize work
  • Highly analytical
