Accounts/Administration Clerk Standish £17,000 - £19,000 per annum

Your new company
Our client is a well run, and established small company based on the Outskirts of Standish. Due to expansion of the Business they are looking for a new addition to the team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a "stand alone role" looking after the basic accounts and all administration for a new division of the company. Duties will include: Matching purchase invoices with GRN's, checking calculations are correct and inputting them onto the SAGE LINE 50 system. Raising sales invoices on Sage, basic account and statement reconciliations, running the weekly payroll on Sage payroll for 20 employees, all administration and some reception duties.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a flexible accounts clerk, someone who doesn't mind a varied role. Someone with good excel skills and a working knowledge of Sage line 50. This position will be on slightly reduced hours for the first couple of months and will then range from 24 - 37 hours and there is flexibility for the right candidate.
