The Role

As an Internal Account Executive, you will support the Account Management Team through a wide range of administrative and customer-focused activities.

Your role will involve:

- Responding to customer support calls and emails
- Remote customer training and system implementation
- Month end reporting

About You

Interested? To be considered as an Internal Account Executive, you will need:

- Customer service experience
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organisational abilities
- A team player mentality

We would be interested in hearing from you if you have experience as an Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, or Customer Executive and are looking to take your first steps into account management.

Other companies may call this role Junior Account Executive, Trainee Account Executive, Trainee Account Manager, Trainee Internal Account Executive, Account Executive or Junior Account Manager.

This is a full time role, working either 8:00 - 16:30 or 9:30 - 18:00. These two shifts are expected to be covered alternatively.
