They are looking for an experienced EA to support one of the Partners remotely. This is a varied and demanding role offering the opportunity to build relationships predominantly through regular telephone contact.

Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Knutsford, Cheshire

Salary: £28 - 30k

You will need to provide effective co-ordination and management of delivery and timelines through efficient project management and administrative support.

Duties to include:
  • Collating information for client proposal and preparing proposal documentation
  • Liaising with researchers
  • Creating briefs and ensuring this is approved by the client
  • Implementing and managing a timeline
  • Conducting candidate database searches
  • Ensuring regular contact is made with clients - e.g. reports
  • Extensive database management
  • Typing notes
  • Maintaining communication and contact
  • Assisting in the identification of potential clients
  • Researching and preparing business development documentation
  • Researching into specific markets and sectors, e.g. providing the Partner with background company research for any marketing meetings
  • Arranging and confirming client meetings
  • Ensuring follow up contact is maintained
  • Attend regular meetings with the Partner and support team
  • Undertake ad hoc projects
  • Support colleagues as and when workloads require - share the load and operate as part of a team
  • Organising room hire and ensuring the Partner has all relevant documentation
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Ensuring client invoices are raised
  • Arranging travel and accommodation when required
  • Dealing with the Partner's expenses and ensuring recharges are made where necessary

  • Minimum requirement - qualified to 'A' level standard or above with GCSE/O'level English and Maths
  • Ideally degree qualified

  • Experience operating as a PA or Executive Assistant to a senior manager is desirable
  • Displays a preference for working in a fast paced, dynamic changing environment
  • Possesses client facing experience, liaising with senior level individuals
  • Works autonomously
  • Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office suite of packages, to include Word, Outlook and Excel) and comfortable using the internet as a research tool
  • Experience of updating databases (knowledge of Filefinder would be a distinct advantage)
  • Experience of supporting marketing and business development activity
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Experience of extensive pro-active diary management
  • Able to deal with finance related activities such as invoicing, expenses and management reporting
