An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administration Manager to join a well-established business based in South Gloucestershire

The successful candidate will have the ability to make swift decisions and have confidence in their decision-making abilities. A positive and proactive attitude along with willingness to learn and progress is essential alongside with outstanding customer service skills. In addition, you must be able to adapt and respond to change quickly and enthusiastically.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing sales administration team
  • Dealing with incoming calls and assisting with sales enquiries
  • Sales order processing and management
  • Invoicing and production of quotations
  • Office support for remote sales team
  • Update and produce KPI information on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Provide service levels for each customer as required
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Set goals and KPI's to motivate team members
  • Responsible for complaints
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Adhock off site visits
  • Undertake Call Planning, hotel & travel booking where required
  • Feedback customer issues to internal stakeholders
  • Managing Pricing process

Your skills and experience should include:
  • Significant experience of managing a sales administration team
  • Proven track record of implementing and improving process
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Commercially aware
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A proven record of delivering a high level of Customer service
  • Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Experience of working in a sales background with a customer first attitude
  • Social media and marketing experience would be an advantage
