What does the role involve?

This position is an opportunity to establish a comprehensive facilities service in the Leeds office. You will be working in a team of two, reporting to the Assistant Facilities Manager. This role requires the ability to work remotely with limited supervision as your line manager is based in another office, day to day supervision and support will be provided by the Office Manager. You must be self-motivated and have the ability to deal with fast changing challenges.

What experience is required?
Given the nature of this role, it is likely that your background and experience will include:
  • At least 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including C grade or
    above in English and Mathematics.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Excel
    and Word
  • Office based experience within Facilities team.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
