Engineer Scheduler - call allocation and scheduling for Field Service Engineers

Looking for an experienced Office Administrator who has previously coordinated service calls to a team of field based Engineers / Technicians or similar remote staff.

You will be joining a helpdesk team in a new role, responsible for scheduling all the field service maintenance visits / calls for the 10 permanent IT Service Engineers across the UK.

On average there are 30 - 40 calls per day, these are mostly reactive maintenance with different SLA response times, some installations and some planned preventative calls.

This is a full-time role based in Horley, working 8-5 Mon - Fri.

Applicants for this role should have previous experience working in an office administration team that allocate field service calls / arrange daily visits or similar routing / scheduling duties.

The salary will start off between £22 - £25500 depending on experience.
