Education Support Professionals are looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Executive for an established company providing online literacy, vocabulary and curriculum solutions to the education sector.

The Company:

The company provides an innovative online vocabulary and reading platform for school students and is growing quickly serving some 90,000 students and rising.

The company is looking for an ambitious and target driven New Business Development Executive to join their highly successful sales team and help with the company's mission of improving literacy rates across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New business development in the North of England.
  • Hitting personal sales targets and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Establishing links with the key contacts and decision makers of schools in the UK.
  • Booking and attending meetings with customers and potential customers.
  • Arranging and delivering demos of the company's product(s) to potential customers.
  • Managing opportunities meticulously via their CRM technology.
  • Building rapport with customers and promoting the company brand professionally.

Key Requirements:
  • Working autonomously and managing your time effectively with being micromanaged.
  • Hunger to increase growth through new business development as well as nurturing inbound opportunities and converting them in to sales.
  • Confident on the phone, have a professional manner and enjoy meeting new people and making new connections.
  • On the road for a large part of your working week, visiting new parts of the UK whilst visiting potential customers.
  • An understanding of fast-growing businesses, enjoying things that move fast and are dynamic enough to adjust.
  • Fuel growth for yourself, professionally and financially.
  • Be part of a company with a strong social and educational focus.

Essential requirements:
  • Exemplary communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Full driving license.
  • At least 1 years' experience in business development/sales with a strong record of increasing revenue.
  • The ability to cover the geographic territory of the role, including the west counties of the UK.
  • The ability to work from home effectively and nuture customers at all stages of the sales process.

  • Competitive Basic Salary to £40k dependent on experience with uncapped bonus structure offering realistic OTE to £70k
