Telesales (Software Licensing) ValueLicensing specialises in the procurement and selling of pre-owned Microsoft Volume Licences to private and public sector businesses throughout the UK and Europe. We provide a novel and innovative solution to our clients for licensing their Microsoft estate which is fully compliant, risk free and offers significant savings. ValueLicensing’s solution allows organisations to purchase their Microsoft requirements at a reduced cost while remaining fully compliant with SAM (Software Asset Management) audit requirements. This allows organisations to reallocate these savings to other higher value projects and investments. Position: Telesales Location: Derby DE1 3TQ Job type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £25K & commission & excellent benefits About the role: The Telemarketers role will include cold and warm calling customers (B2B) to create and maintain relationships in order to book appointments for sales consultants to visit customer sites. You will update in house systems and manage a high-volume call environment. The post holder will be enrolled on an in-depth training course for the role covering call handling, script memorisation and use of in-house systems. As a telesales operator, you'll be working in our business centre, contacting potential customers by telephone. Your job is to book good quality appointments to our Sales Executives. You may also carry out market research. Responsibilities: - Cold and Warm Calling to booking appointments for Licence Specialists within Public and Private Sectors. - Creating relationships with potential customers, fact finding, using product advantages to overcome objections. - Nurture and develop a future pipeline of companies that ultimately result in completed sales. - Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure a robust future pipeline. - Carry out new process implementations to increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of our inside sales organisation. - Provide regular updates to your team about objectives and processes. - Describe the product benefits and any special offers. - Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally. - Persuade customers to accept a visit from a sales representative. - Gather and document information about the customer. - Enter your notes into a computer, including dates for follow up calls. - Email confirmation of the appointment to the customer. About you: - English spoken and written. - Experience using CRM Systems. - Excellent verbal / written communication skills. - Excellent communication and listening skills. - Experience in Microsoft Licensing or software licensing in general. - Strong relationship building skills. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Familiar and comfortable within a target driven environment. - Experience with CRM input and extract. - Ability to use your own initiative. - To have experience and enjoy working with customers and building relationships. - Flexibility and quick thinking. - Perseverance and the ability to respect customers' answers. - Good knowledge about all the company's products and services. - To be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure. - To enjoy working within a target-driven team environment.
