Main Responsibilities
  • To plan workload effectively to ensure contact is made with all prospective customers and customer accounts within the assigned portfolio
  • To develop and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities for new business
  • Ability to Cold Call and Self Generate Leads?
  • Pro-actively contact prospects & customers through email, telephone and face to face appointments and achieve and evidence minimum KPI activity levels
  • To Account Manage and upsell and cross sell to the New Accounts you sign up as New Business
  • To maintain a pipeline of prospects and accurately forecast monthly revenue
  • To sell digital products and services based on the customer's needs
  • To achieve monthly KPIs including New Business acquisition and sit downs (meetings)
  • To update the workload manager tool on a daily basis with all sales related activity
  • To attend and participate in sales meetings and training courses when requested
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and customer care
  • To follow the Sales Operating Plan
  • Assist with other departmental routines and practices as required

Salary & Benefits

£34 - 37k , £4,500 Car Allowance, £55k OTE (Uncapped)
