Fortuna UK is a recruitment specialist for the technology sector, and are looking to hire an office administrator to join our team.

Job Description

Based in our offices at Chalfont Park, Gerrards Cross we are seeking someone who is highly organised, has lots of energy and wishes to work with a really exciting business.

We will consider people from all levels of experience and ask that you would be hard-working, loyal and have excellent organisational abilities to support the directors in the growth of our company.

This role is quite varied, but don't worry you don't need to know everything, we will teach you!

Key Responsibilities
  • General day to day admin
  • Maintaining the CRM and Candidate records
  • Basic accounting, such as reconciling bank entries and expenses
  • Supporting the directors with appointment setting
  • Assisting with marketing, such as content creation and liaising with the marketing team
  • Telephoning clients and candidates as required

Skills and Experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
