This groundbreaking organisation is hiring a dynamic and experienced Full Time Executive Assistant to lead, co-ordinate and deliver high quality administrative and operational work on behalf of the Founder.

The main duties will include:

· Regular admin tasks which are tracked and delivered in a timely fashion (some of the tasks include: extensive inbox management, diary and global travel management, minute taking, report preparation, correspondence, event administration, presentations).

Plus, any research needed to support these tasks.

· Setting-up/maintaining (mostly online) operations processes (managing CRM and filing system; implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems).

· Occasional personal PA work

Qualifications and training required: A degree and a minimum of four years' experience working at Founder/Senior Leader/CEO level in previous Executive Assistant role required.

It is essential that the candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organisational skills (multi-tasking is a prerequisite), is an outstanding communicator, works on own initiative and is techsavvy.

This is a full-time role, where a keen interest in business and social issues is preferred. The candidate will be London-based. The role is a combination of remote working with some days in-person at the London office (on average this is once a week, but will vary) or out on the road with the Founder, such as providing event support.
