A business that currently has offices in the US and Australia is now opening a UK division based from offices in Bracknell. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, ambitious and established Global organisation who are rapidly establishing themselves in EMEA. You will be one of the first to join our new team, working with Global IT brands marketing to end users through channel re-sellers. They are seeking experienced professionals who are self starters, passionate, tenacious and have the ambition to grow with the business.

They are looking to recruit a natural salesperson, who can demonstrate a strong track record and like working in a fast paced and challenging environment. You will have client satisfaction at the heart of all you do - ensuring acquisition targets are hit while at the same time gathering valuable feedback and insight from your partner engagement. Reporting to management on campaign progress and success.

You possess excellent remote selling skills across phone, email and social media.

The Role:

This role supports the Partner side of our business and you will be responsible for presenting the benefits of the Vendor program to partners, signing them onto the program and ensuring they are on-boarded perfectly. You will have monthly acquisition targets and will be expected to also provide insight and feedback from your activity back into the business and to the Client Management teams to present back to the vendors.
  • Self manage your communications and calling to recruit IT re-sellers against agreed targets
  • Clearly explain the concept of 'through channel marketing', understand the mid channel marketing challenges and on board partners end to end - through to list acquisition and GDPR compliance
  • Build and share insight and best practice with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Quickly gather and understand partner structures and build an immediate rapport with owner or marketing owner
  • Provide clear end of day reporting of all activity
  • Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested and required. A 'hands on' attitude is important as the business grows.

Skills and attributes:
  • Proven sales ability including the establishment of new relationships
  • Experience of liaising successfully to Director / Owner level within prospect or customer business
  • Previous internal and external stakeholder management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications and research skills. Communicate clearly and concisely varying style to audience
  • Evidence of working to and exceeding commercial targets and objectives
  • Professional and confident manner at all times
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Experience of IT and Channel preferred
  • Graduate calibre preferred
  • Competent working knowledge of Google, Microsoft and SFDC applications preferred

Salary circa £35,000 basic + £10k OTE approx + 25 days holiday, parking
