What it's about

We've created some of the highest quality, most flexible and affordable education programmes and assessments on offer across the globe today. To keep it this way we need help redesigning and documenting our processes.

Working with managers across the organisation we need you to come and help design and document the processes we use to set and communicate prices between teams internally and to customers. Building consensus along the way you'll also work with an MS Access database specialist to create a database to manage the data related to pricing and feed systems to create lists and reports.

You'll probably have good change management experience, be able to collect and analyse needs from a cross stakeholders in an organisation, redesign and clearly document processes and build high levels of buy-in throughout.

We've got until the end of December to achieve this so you'll also be able to work in a focused and proactive way.

What you'll be doing

Devising and agreeing a price management process and necessary supporting systems, including:

  • Gathering and analysing requirements
  • Balancing standardisation and flexibility
  • Investigating and evaluating ICT systems and software
  • Presenting options to senior management based on good practice.
  • Planning and agreeing implementation of the processes and systems, once agreed.
  • Documenting the process and system to ISO9001 standard
  • Implementing the approach and handing over to our Pricing Manager.
  • Communicating with staff throughout, building participation and buy in.
