Our client based in Bexley are looking for an Office Manager to run their office. This will be a full time role (flexible hours).

The Office Manager role is responsible for Administration and Accounts We are looking for someone that has been in an Office Manger position in there previous roles.

This position is working on your own so we am looking for someone who is very switched on and motivated.

About you
  • You will need to be able to work alone in an office but you will be dealing with clients and staff handling money and organising cleaning staff.
  • You need to be advanced on Microsoft Word and your punctuation needs to be of an excellent standard.

Duties
  • Excellent standard of customer service as you will be dealing with the general public and tenants
  • 60% of this role is Accounts based
  • Ideally like someone who is AAT Qualified
  • Invoicing
  • Payments
  • Purchase orders
  • Dealing with HMRC Revenue
  • Making payments
  • Any knowledge TAS books would be desirable
