This growth has meant a rapid expansion in our workforce and also prompted a move to brand new headquarters on Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle, East Yorkshire, just a stone's throw from the Humber Bridge and commutable by public transport and car from Hull, Leeds, Sheffield and Doncaster. We also operate a 227,000 sq feet, state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution centre in Doncaster, and Home Delivery Hubs across the UK.

We are now recruiting for our ever expanding Customer Service team who can offer opportunities in the following areas:

- Customer Relations 

- Inbound sales

- Webchat 

Within our Customer Service roles we can offer you a number of different work life balance schedules to suit your needs so if you are looking for hours to fit around childcare, or you only want to work evenings we can make this work for you. 

In our Customer Service roles you will work as part of our Contact Centre team delivering exceptional customer service to all of our customers and helping them to resolve any queries or concerns they may have relating to their orders.  You will also offer customers additional products and services.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor:

  • Have a proven customer service track record gained within a call centre environment 
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to empathise with the customer 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers both verbally and written
  • Experience of working for a brand and understanding the importance of brand reputation 
  • A positive attitude and team player 
  • Ability to solve problems and influence others
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate 

Our call centre opening hours are Monday - Friday 8am - midnight, Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10-8 pm. Flexible working available.
