Our client, Marie Curie, are seeking a manager, who will drive performance across an existing team of face to face Regular Giving Fundraisers who work in private site venues across the North East; ensuring their activity maximise delivery for the charity. It's an exciting time to shine and lead a successful team of fundraisers.

What we are looking for

You will be a motivated individual with a proven track record of working in a target driven and able to drive and deliver results. You will have experience training and developing new and existing team members to reach their full potential though excellent leadership and individual performance management of remote field teams.

You will be ambitious, flexible and organised, someone who can strike a good balance between being strategic, tactical & innovative. A forward-thinking mindset and a resourceful, driven approach to work are essential for this role.

You will ideally be from a hospitality or retail background and feel that the time is right to make a career change to a more fulfilling and rewarding role. Previous experience of fundraising would be helpful though not a pre-requisite.
