A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Legal Secretary

My client is looking for a Family Secretary for their head office. For this role the successful candidate MUST have Family experience.

The successful Legal Secretary must be able to demonstrate:-
  • The ability to work within a team environment
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Work to a high standard
  • Prioritise and organise your workload accordingly and confidentially
  • Typing and amending letters, faxes and documents
  • Co-ordinating and managing multiple diaries and appointments
  • Liaising with Clients in a timely, professional and courteous manner
  • Completing and submitting expense forms
  • Photocopying, faxing and filing as required
  • Preparing and sending e-mails to include attaching documents, printing and
    filing of incoming e-mails, attachments and confirmations
  • Liaising with staff and partners of the department on the setting of priorities
  • Arranging couriers
  • Opening and closing of files as required
  • Checking accounts system for monies on account and checking to see whether
    bills have been paid
  • Have knowledge of the Children Act Proceedings

Salary is dependent on experience.

  • Over average holiday entitlement
  • Flexible hours (Start and finish)
