Job Title: Support and Operations Manager

Sector: Healthcare

Location: West London/London

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: Mid-Late September 2019 - October 2019

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 depending on skill and experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engagement with customers to assist with the planning and implementation of practical processes and procedures necessary for the initiation and smooth running of the service.
  • Operational involvement with key partners to facilitate service delivery
  • Manage complaints and incidents and liaise with QA to ensure success for each patient
  • Stakeholder management
  • Investigation of incidents and deviations
  • Input into service improvement and quality assurance activities
  • Account management for clinical staff
  • Line Managing contact centre staff

Key Challenges in the role:
  • Managing patients and clinical liaison remotely
  • Assisting with the launch of new services
  • Liaising with practice staff to resolve any service issues or problems relating to patient care
  • Refining the Operational process
  • Track performance measures and SLAs for the service
  • Act as Voice of Customer back to the business

Essential Experience:
  • At least 3 year's experience working in a managerial, operational or contact centre management role

Desirable Experience:
  • Experience working in healthcare, particularly in managing a large GP practice.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Project Management qualification (Prince 2)
